Washington has softened on the 20th day of the unequal war imposed by the US and Israel on Iran. President Donald Trump's administration has planned to ease the sanctions imposed by the West on Tehran's oil exports. US Treasury Secretary Scott Besant announced this on Thursday (March 19).

The US may ease restrictions on Iranian oil in the sea in order to maintain stable oil supplies in the world market, Besant said. He made this information in an interview with Fox Business. He also said that if necessary, the US can unilaterally release its own oil reserves into the world market.

Besant noted earlier this week that Iranian oil tankers are already passing through the Strait of Hormuz with the knowledge of the US administration, which is helping to maintain oil supplies in the world market.
