‘Kiev will have problems if there is no decision on seized Russian assets’

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that if European Union (EU) leaders fail to reach a decision on using seized Russian assets to help Ukraine, it will create a big challenge for the war-torn country.
Zelensky made these remarks to reporters on December 18 before his visit to Brussels. He then went to Brussels to attend the EU summit.
Zelensky said, “I will discuss with all the leaders and present our arguments. I firmly believe that we will reach a positive decision. Otherwise, it will create big problems for Ukraine.”
