After a long wait, popular Pakistani singer Atif Aslam is finally coming to rock the stage in Dhaka again. The 'Main Stage Show Featuring Atif Aslam' is going to be held on July 24. The organizing organization is going to keep its promise to the audience by re-organizing last year's postponed concert.
In a recent statement, the organizing organization Main Stage Inc. said that Atif Aslam's concert was supposed to be held in Dhaka on December 13 last year. Although ticket sales and all preparations with the artist were completed, the concert was postponed just two days before the event due to the security situation imposed after the announcement of the national election schedule.
After the concert was postponed, the organizing organization said that the event is not canceled; rather, it will be rescheduled when the situation improves. Atif Aslam also published a message for his fans in Bangladesh on his official Facebook page. There, he said that he will return to Bangladesh again and the tickets purchased for the previous concert will be valid for the rescheduled event.
Now, the announcement of the implementation of that promise has come. The organizers have informed that the necessary cultural approvals, security clearances and other approvals from the relevant authorities have already been completed to organize the concert. The venue of the concert, ticket sales dates and other detailed information will be officially announced in a few days.
It is worth noting that those who purchased tickets for the Main Stage Show concert to be held last year but did not take a refund will not need to purchase tickets again. They will have to go to the Main Stage Show website and complete the prescribed re-application process. In this, new tickets will be issued in their names and delivered to the audience without any additional payment.
In addition, those who had returned the previous tickets and applied for a refund can withdraw the refund application and apply for reinstatement of the tickets if they wish. The tickets will be delivered to them in the same way. And a limited number of tickets will be sold for new audiences.
Incidentally, Atif Aslam completed 20 years in his music career in 2025. The singer, known as the magician of tunes, is popular all over the world. He is especially well-known in the Indian subcontinent. The Pakistani singer's journey began in 2005 with the hit song 'Oh Lamhe' from the film 'Zahar'. Later, he entered Bollywood. And for the last one and a half decades, he has been dominating the Mumbai film industry.
