New surprises in the movie ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’

The much-awaited movie ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ starring Tom Holland is now in the news all over the world. This superhero movie by Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios is set to release on July 31. However, the movie is going to create a new history even before its release.

The movie is going to be unique not only in terms of story or visual effects, but also in terms of technology. The makers claim that ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ is the world’s first movie that has been made entirely under the ‘Shot for Screen-X’ initiative. Screen-X is a type of advanced movie display technology. In a normal movie theater, the audience only watches the movie on the front screen. But in Screen-X technology, the scene is expanded to the two side walls of the hall in addition to the main screen. As a result, the audience can enjoy a 270-degree panoramic view, which makes the movie experience more realistic and immersive.

The action scenes of Spider-Man will be the most enjoyable with this technology. Earlier, several big-budget Hollywood movies were released in the Screen-X format. However, in those cases, the main movie was shot in the conventional way and then additional graphics were added during editing to create scenes for the side screens. But in the case of ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’, the makers are going in a different direction. Select scenes of the movie were planned for the Screen-X technology from the beginning and were shot in a multi-camera.

The director of the movie, Destin Daniel Cretton, said, “The team from CJ FourDiplex came directly to our set. The footage that the audience will see on the walls on both sides of the main screen in selected scenes of the movie was captured on the set using special cameras. This is a completely new initiative, which has never been done before.

According to movie experts, this movie, which was specially designed and shot for Screen-X, can set new standards in premium cinema technology. As a result, a completely different kind of movie watching experience awaits Spider-Man fans this time.
