Ingredients
Half a kilo of polao rice
One kilo of mutton
125 grams of potatoes
Half a cup of sour curd
Half a cup of onion, chopped
Three dried chilies
One tablespoon of rose water
A pinch of Jayatri
One clove
Two pieces of cinnamon
Two cardamoms
Half a tablespoon of cumin
One nutmeg
One tablespoon of ginger paste
Two teaspoons of garlic paste
One tablespoon of salt
Seven-eight potatoes Bukhara
Powder spices
A little food coloring
Turmeric powder
Chili powder
A little saffron
Preparation method
First, apply the color to the potatoes and fry them well. Take the meat in a bowl and mix it well with curd, spice mixture, salt, onion paste, ginger paste and garlic paste. Pour the mixed meat into the pot and spread a little ghee. Now fold the meat into the folds and sprinkle a little saffron with potato and potato bukhara. Now pour the cooked rice and pour ghee and rice starch on it.
Again add a little food coloring, rose water and saffron. Cover with a lid and close the mouth of the pot well with rolled dough. Cook like this on low heat for an hour. When the Kachchi biryani is ready, mix the meat and rice with a spoon and serve.
