‘No talks to end the war, Trump trapped in Iran’s sandbox’

Top Iranian officials have denied any talks with the United States. Their denial came just hours after US President Donald Trump claimed to have had ‘very good and productive talks’ aimed at ending the war.

In a social media post on Monday (March 23), Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said, ‘There have been no talks with the United States.’

In his post on X, he said that the United States and Israel are trapped in Iran’s sandbox. Trump is using ‘fake news’ to escape from it. There have been no talks with the United States. Washington and Tel Aviv are spreading false information to control the financial and oil markets.

Ghalibaf also said that the Iranian people demand complete and remorseful punishment of the aggressors. Until this goal is achieved, all Iranian officials stand firmly by their supreme leader and the people.
