First, you should gradually return to your normal eating habits. If you make a habit of eating small meals repeatedly rather than eating a lot of food at once on the day of Eid, your stomach can easily adapt.
Second, it is necessary to keep the body hydrated with enough water. To make up for the water deficiency that occurs in the body during fasting, you should drink water little by little throughout the day. However, it is better to drink water after a while without drinking water immediately after eating, as this improves the digestive process.
