After eating Sehri, we break our fast after listening to the Maghrib call to prayer. At this time, fatigue and drowsiness fill the body. And it is normal to feel tired and sluggish after Iftar. Because weakness will come after Iftar - this is normal. And to relieve this fatigue and drowsiness, first of all, you have to avoid excess oily, fatty and sugary foods. Chew it slowly and eat it little by little without eating too much at once. Along with this, drink plenty of water, fruit juice and coconut water, which will immediately eliminate dehydration and increase the freshness of the body. And it will make you energetic to keep the fast the next day.

At the beginning of Iftar, eat a date and a glass of water and pray Maghrib. Then, if the prayer is performed on time, your stomach will also be ready to digest food. Because it is not right to eat too much food at once during Iftar. Eating too much food at once is one of the biggest reasons for feeling tired after fasting all day.

You may be hungry, but you also need to give your stomach time to digest. So instead of eating too much at once, eat little by little. Eat after a while. This will not make your body very tired. It will also give you enough time to digest the food. After finishing the prayers, eat the rest of the iftar food. Those who are used to eating this way feel much less tired.

Due to abstaining from hunger throughout the day, dehydration naturally occurs in our body. Then, fried and various spicy foods are eaten during iftar. As a result, the water deficiency is not filled. After iftar, your body needs a lot of water. So eat various fruits, fruit juices, sherbet and coconut water, etc. This will eliminate the water deficiency in the body.

Never lie down immediately after iftar. Instead, try to stay normal. Our body listens to our mind. So do not think yourself tired. Instead, take a walk for a while after iftar. This will easily eliminate fatigue. At the same time, digestion will also be better. And many people give up the habit of drinking tea or coffee during the month of Ramadan. However, you can drink a cup of tea or coffee to relieve fatigue after iftar. Because the caffeine in such drinks helps to keep you fresh from the inside. However, make sure that this tea or coffee is not too strong.
