A terrible fire at a nightclub in Goa has killed 25 people.

Recently, a terrible fire at a nightclub in the popular tourist destination of Goa in India has killed 25 people. Within hours of this tragic incident, the two owners of the nightclub fled to Thailand. Meanwhile, the departure of the two brothers, the club owners, has raised new questions. Starting from the cause of the fire to the unplanned construction - all of which have made the investigation of the incident more complicated.

According to the BBC, the two brothers who own the club have fled the country to Thailand within hours of the terrible fire at a nightclub in Goa, India, that killed 25 people, according to the police. The names of the two accused brothers are Saurabh Luthra and Gaurav Luthra and the authorities have confirmed that they boarded a flight to Phuket, Thailand, immediately after the incident.

Investigators believe the fire started when fireworks were set off inside Birch by Romeo Lane in Goa. Goa is a coastal state in India and is visited by domestic and foreign tourists all year round. Most of the dead were club employees. Four tourists from Delhi also died there. Five others are still undergoing treatment in hospitals.

Meanwhile, the Goa police have appealed to Interpol for help in arresting the accused Luthra brothers. Police said that they went to raid the houses of the two brothers in Delhi but found that they had left the country. According to the Goa police, this clearly shows that they are trying to evade investigation.

Saurabh Luthra used to identify himself as the chairman of the club's management company on social media. After the fire incident, he expressed 'deep sorrow' in a post; but did not say anything about his position.

Meanwhile, at least four people, including the club's manager, were arrested soon after the fire broke out. The Birch nightclub in Arbora was packed with guests watching a Bollywood DJ's performance. The fire broke out late at night, sending people running in panic.

The main part of the club is built on an island in the middle of a lake, with narrow walkways, making it difficult for the fire service to control the fire.

A large part of the club was completely destroyed in the fire. Police initially blamed a gas cylinder explosion on the blaze, but now believe pyrotechnics inside set the wooden ceiling ablaze.

Some of the dead were migrant workers, including four Nepalese nationals, who had gone to Goa to find work. Police said all the bodies have been handed over to their relatives.
