Preparation method

Cleaning the shrimp: Peel the shrimp and wash them well. Add a little salt and turmeric and leave for 10 minutes.
Fried shrimp: Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the shrimp.
Spice Roasting: Fry the chopped onion in the same pan until golden brown. Stir in the garlic and ginger paste. Add the tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander and cumin powder and keep stirring until the oil separates.
Prawns: Add chopped green chilies to the fried prawns and mix. Sprinkle a little water, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Serving: Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves and stir.
