According to him, eating soaked almonds every day for a month can have positive effects on skin, digestion, heart health, and weight control. However, he also said to be careful not to eat too many nuts.

Gargi Sharma said that soaked almonds are better than raw or roasted almonds. Because, soaking almonds reduces the tannins and phytic acid in their shells. As a result, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants can work more easily in the human body.

What changes occur in the body in a month?

First week:

* Morning energy increases.

* Appetite decreases.

* Digestion improves.

Second and third week:

* Soaked nuts become soft, which reduces stomach discomfort or gas.

* Protein and fat help in weight control as they keep the stomach full for a long time.

* The risk of heart disease is reduced. The body's 'bad' cholesterol decreases and 'good' cholesterol increases.

* Vitamin E keeps the skin smooth and bright. As a result, at this stage of starting to eat nuts, it increases the brightness of the skin.

Fourth week:

* Morning energy lasts all day.

* Attraction to sweets or junk food decreases.

* Subtle changes are also seen in waist size or weight, i.e. it decreases.

* In many cases, blood sugar and cholesterol levels also improve.

However, weight control expert Gargi Sharma has also advised to be careful when eating nuts. He said that nuts are high-calorie foods. Therefore, it is not advisable to eat more than 5-10 a day. Also, those who have allergies or digestive problems should consult a doctor before eating nuts. But it's not just nuts — the real benefits to the body come from a balanced diet, exercise, and sleep.

Regarding the rules for eating nuts, Gargi Sharma says, soak 5-8 raw and unsalted nuts in water at night. Peel them in the morning and eat them on an empty stomach or with breakfast. Avoid sugar, salt, or fried nuts.
