In 2021, Bollywood king Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan was arrested on charges of consuming drugs from a cruise party in Mumbai. Former NCB officer Sameer Wankhede was directly involved in that incident. Shahrukh's son had to stay in a correctional facility for several days due to that incident. Aryan later returned after being released.

After a long time, discussions and criticisms about the drug case have started again. This time Shahrukh's son Aryan Khan has made his debut as a director in the Bollywood industry. The series 'The Bads of Bollywood' has been released under the direction of Aryan Khan. And the source of this incident has started anew, so Bollywood is shaken.

The conflict between Sameer Wankhede, former zonal director of India's Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), and Shahrukh's son Aryan Khan has widened a bit. The Delhi High Court on Wednesday (October 8) issued summons against Shah Rukh Khan's company Red Chillies and Netflix based on a case filed by Sameer Wankhede. An interim hearing of the case will be held on October 30.

According to Indian media reports, Sameer Wankhede had alleged that he was mocked in the Red Chillies-produced series 'The Bads of Bollywood' directed by Aryan Khan. For this, he also filed a defamation case of Rs 2 crore against Shah Rukh, Gauri and Aryan Khan.

Although earlier, Sameer was questioned by the Delhi High Court about the admissibility of the case. Journalists also questioned Sameer in this regard. But he did not agree to speak in front of anyone. He only said that he did not want to comment on the matter.

Sameer's name is not mentioned anywhere in the recently released series 'The Bads of Bollywood' directed by Aryan Khan. However, there is a character of an NCB officer. Many people think that he was shown in the movie with some satire. However, many are saying that Sameer's appearance is similar to this character. But it is not something that can be proven just by looking at the face.

Not only that, Sameer's application also said that in that series, a character was shown who showed the middle finger after saying 'Satyamev Jayate'. 'Satyamev Jayate' is part of the national symbol of India. Therefore, this scene violated the 'Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act' of '71.
