New Secretary in the Food Ministry

A notification has been issued in this regard from the Higher Appointments-1 Branch of the Ministry of Public Administration.

The government has appointed Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration Md. Firoz Sarkar as Secretary of the Food Ministry. A notification in this regard was issued on Sunday (November 30) from the Higher Appointments-1 Branch of the Ministry of Public Administration.

The notification signed by Deputy Secretary Mohammad Rafiqul Haque said that the said officer has been promoted to the post of Secretary and transferred or posted to the post mentioned next to his name. This order issued in the public interest will come into effect immediately.

It is to be noted that on November 27, the Ministry of Public Administration issued an order to retire Md. Masudul Hasan, who was serving as Secretary of the Ministry of Food, from November 30.
