6 Iranian Navy personnel killed in US strike

Six members of the Iranian Navy have been killed in a new US attack on Iran, Al Jazeera reported, citing the Iranian news agency Tasnim.

According to the Tasnim report, the six members of the Iranian Navy were killed in a series of attacks carried out by the United States in the past few days.

Earlier, Iran's Health Ministry said that at least 18 people have been killed in the country since the US resumed bombing on August 30. Most of the dead are women and children.

According to the ministry, more than 140 people were injured in these attacks.

Casualties in Iran have been increasing since the US began a new attack on the country on August 30. There are reports of civilian casualties as well as military personnel being killed in the attack.
