Jadeja’s wife in Gujarat cabinet

Rivaba Jadeja, wife of Indian cricket star Ravindra Jadeja, has been inducted into the new Gujarat cabinet. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA took oath as a junior minister on Friday (October 17).

It is learnt that Rivaba was elected as the MLA from Jamnagar North by a margin of 50,000 votes. Despite facing repeated criticism as an MLA, she has now become a minister after going through the ups and downs of politics and marital life.

Rivaba entered the election fray for the first time in 2022. Rivaba faced a lot of criticism for joining the BJP after being a member of the Jadeja family, which has been a Congress supporter for a long time. However, she answered all the allegations on the EVM.

Rivaba studied mechanical engineering in her early life. Instead of a job, she has devoted herself to social service, especially for women's empowerment and development. The people of Jamnagar hope that he will continue this service work as a minister in Gujarat.
