Pop star Rihanna’s home attacked with gun fire

A shooting occurred at the Beverly Hills home of US pop star Rihanna, BBC reported, citing police. Police said the Los Angeles Police Department responded to the scene at 1:15 p.m. local time on Sunday after receiving reports of gunfire. A suspect was later arrested.
A police officer told CBS News that the home targeted belonged to Rihanna and that an assault rifle shell casing was recovered from the scene. However, no one was injured in the incident. A law enforcement source told the Los Angeles Times that Rihanna was at the home at the time of the incident.
According to police, a woman in her 30s drove up to the home, fired seven shots, and fled the scene. The woman's car was later found about 8 miles from Rihanna's home and she was arrested from there. Her identity has not yet been released.
