BNP is deceiving in the name of family cards: Mia Golam Parwar.

In the name of garnering support from voters, BNP is deceiving by promising to distribute 'family cards and farmer cards' and is openly violating the election code of conduct, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary General Professor Mia Golam Parwar has alleged. He made this allegation at an election road meeting organized in Shalua Bazar, Rangpur Union, Dumuria Upazila, Khulna, his constituency, on Sunday (January 25) morning.

Golam Parwar said that after the Awami League fled the field after August 5, those who were involved in extortion, occupation of businesses and houses are now seeking votes by promising the security of the minority Hindu community. In the name of garnering support from voters, BNP is deceiving by promising to distribute 'family cards and farmer cards' and is openly violating the election code of conduct, he called on the Election Commission to take necessary action against it.

Golam Parwar further said, "People believe in change. It is because of that belief that the NCP, which led the August 5 uprising, the five Islamic parties, and the forces that believe in the spirit of the liberation war have come together. This unity will establish a popular vote in favor of change through the symbol of scales, he claimed, and urged people to vote for the candidates of the alliance.
