Trump wants to rename AI to ’super intelligence’

US President Donald Trump addressed a number of important global issues during his address to the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday night (September 22). He spoke in detail about issues such as the Iran crisis, the Russia-Ukraine war, the US midterm elections and artificial intelligence.

Trump shocked the tech world in his speech by making it clear that the United States completely rejects any attempt to impose strict controls on artificial intelligence. 

However, he believes that the term artificial intelligence or AI is a bit misleading, as the word artificial can lead many to mistake it for something 'fake'. For this reason, he has renamed AI to 'super intelligence'.

On the other hand, Trump, showing a ray of hope regarding the Iran war, said that if a new agreement can be reached, Iran will be given the opportunity to rebuild itself beautifully. This can make the country much stronger than ever before. He said in a confident tone that this agreement may be reached immediately after the upcoming elections, because at the moment Iran has no other option but to make a deal.

He also spoke about efforts to stop the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war around the world. Trump said the United States is currently working directly with the top leaders of both Russia and Ukraine to find a lasting solution to the ongoing conflict.
