Bollywood actress becomes mother at 42

Bollywood actress Karishma Tanna became a mother at the age of 42. Karishma gave birth to a son on Wednesday. Karishma and Varun Bangera shared the good news with everyone in a joint post on social media.

In a post shared on Instagram, Karishma wrote, 'Our biggest blessing has come on the holy day of Guru Purnima. 29th July 2026. Little baby, welcome to our world.'

Thousands of fans congratulated Karishma and Varun on social media immediately after the news of the birth of the child was released. The actress congratulated many star couples from the television and film industry including Smriti Irani, Malaika Arora, Dia Mirza, Vikrant Massey, Sonu Sood, Rahul Vaidya, Bharti Singh and wished them blessings for the newborn.

Karishma Tanna and Varun Bangera tied the knot in a family ceremony in Mumbai on 5th February 2022. After four years of marriage, their first child was born. Karisma announced her motherhood earlier this year. After that, the star regularly shared various moments of her pregnancy with her fans on social media.

This popular actress of the small screen has already had many other popular serials like ‘Kiwki Saas Bhi Kavi Bahu Thi’, ‘Naagin 3’ and ‘Qayamat Ki Raat’. Later, she also found success in OTT. Her performance in ‘Hash Haash’ released in 2022 and the web series ‘Scoop’ directed by Hansal Mehta was particularly appreciated. Apart from this, she was also the winner of ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 10’.
