US wheat, corn and soybeans to be bought with Iranian money: Trump

US President Donald Trump said that Washington is planning to use some of Iran's seized money to buy wheat, soybeans and corn from the United States and send it to the country. He referred to the initiative as a 'new market' for US farmers.
While talking to reporters at the White House on Thursday (June 25), Trump claimed that Iran is currently in a food crisis. Therefore, this initiative will be taken by spending some of Iran's money. This information was reported by the Anadolu news agency.
The US president said, 'A new market is being created for us, and its name is the beautiful country of Iran. It is a beautiful place. Does anyone want to go there?'
He also said, 'The Islamic Republic of Iran is suffering from a food crisis and we will spend some of their money and buy a lot of wheat, soybeans and corn. This process is going to start soon. It will be a very big job.'
