Iran has been too late, now it will have to pay a heavy price: Trump

In addition to sharply criticizing Iran's military capabilities, US President Donald Trump has issued a stern warning to Tehran. He claimed that Iran has wasted too much time in reaching a deal and the country will now have to pay a 'heavy price' for it.

In a post on his social media platform 'Truth Social', Trump gave this strong message to Iran.

In his post, President Trump reiterated his previous claim that Iran's military is a 'complete and utter mess'. He commented that their entire military power, like Iran's navy and air force, no longer exists. Claiming that Iran has been completely defeated, he wrote, 'Iran is all talk, no action. The Middle East's tyrant is dead!!!

Noting that Iran has spent a long time negotiating a favorable deal with the United States, Trump added, "They have taken a long time to negotiate a deal that could have been great for them. But now they have to pay the price!!!

However, he did not elaborate on what kind of measures he specifically meant by high prices.
