Zimbabwe tops group after beating two world champions

The Zimbabwe cricket team is performing brilliantly in the current 10th edition of the T20 World Cup. Zimbabwe defeated former world champions Australia, one of the hot favorites of this edition, to ensure a place in the Super Eights.
Today, Zimbabwe defeated another former champion Sri Lanka and became the champion in Group B and went to the Super Eights with a maximum of 7 points from four matches.
On Thursday, Sri Lanka won the toss at the Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, and batted first and scored 178 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.
