Classic Dab-Malai Kulfi
First, thicken 1 liter of milk with a sieve. Then add sugar and cardamom powder to it and boil it for a few more minutes. If you want, condensed milk can also be added to enhance the taste. Beat a part of the coconut shells and cut the rest into small pieces and mix them with the milk. Strain it through a sieve for a while and spread the chopped pistachios and almonds. Then pour it into the kulfi mold and keep it in the refrigerator. Serve the cold Dab-Malai Kulfi when it is frozen.
Choco-Coconut Kulfi
This can be a great option for chocolate lovers. While adding milk, thicken it by mixing sugar and cocoa powder or melted chocolate. When the mixture cools, add small pieces of coconut shells to it. Then pour it into molds and refrigerate. When frozen, the unique chocolate and coconut flavored kulfi is ready.
Dab-Saffron Pista Kulfi
To make this royal kulfi, cook the condensed milk with saffron soaked water and sugar on low heat. When the milk turns light golden, add almonds, walnuts, crushed pistachios and coconut shell paste.
