Body odor is coming from the body even after bathing with soap. Sometimes you have to face such discomfort. What to do to solve this problem.

Using harsh soap

Soap is necessary to keep the body clean. But the idea that using more will make the body cleaner is wrong. Excess soap can absorb the skin's natural oils and reduce moisture. It is especially good for those with dry or sensitive skin to use a mild cleanser. It is more important to thoroughly cleanse the armpits, groin, feet, and areas of the body where sweat is more. Mild soap will also clean the same way, and the skin will also feel comfortable.

Using excessively hot water

Taking a bath in hot water is relaxing. Especially after a long day of work, pouring hot water on your body relieves fatigue. But washing your body with excessively hot water can cause you to sweat for at least 15-20 minutes after taking a bath. Before you even leave the bathroom, you start sweating again, resulting in bad odor again.

Using a loofah

You use loofahs and coconut flakes to clean more. But what if there is a problem with all these items? Since scrubbers like loofahs trap moisture, bacteria can easily grow in them. Using them will only increase dirtiness instead of cleaning it. Instead, use a silicone scrubber. It will dry quickly and can be cleaned easily.

Not cleaning feet

Many people forget to clean their feet even after washing their entire body with soap. They think that the soapy water is flowing down their feet, thus cleaning their feet. But this misconception may be the reason why body odor remains. It is from there that the dirt enters the house first. Therefore, one should rub and wash their feet while bathing.

Not cleaning towels

If you roll up a wet towel or leave it in a damp place for a long time, germs and bad odor can build up there. If you use the same towel to wipe your body, how will it be clean? Using the same dirty towel again and again after cleaning your body will not help. After use, fold the towel tightly and keep it dry and clean it regularly. It is also important to wear clean, dry clothes after bathing. Underwear should be changed daily.
