Atif Aslam Shares First Post on Father’s Death

Renowned singer Atif Aslam has shared an emotional Instagram post following the death of his father, Chaudhry Muhammad Aslam.

In the heartfelt post, Atif referred to his father as his “Iron Man” and began with the Quranic verse, “إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ” (Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Allah we shall return). He wrote:

“A final goodbye to my Iron Man.
Rest in love, Abu g 
Keep us in your prayers.”

The post was accompanied by a touching photograph of Atif kissing his father.

Following the announcement, condolences poured in from fans, fellow musicians, and public figures, with many offering prayers for the departed soul and acknowledging the strong bond between Atif and his late father.

Chaudhry Muhammad Aslam passed away earlier in the day after a prolonged illness. His funeral prayers were held in the evening at Valencia Town, Lahore, attended by relatives, friends, and well-wishers. Media coverage was not allowed.

Atif was scheduled to perform at a concert organized in collaboration with the Punjab government on the same day but cancelled the event due to his father’s passing.
