A major BRICS summit is being held in the Indian capital, Delhi. At the summit, Chinese President Xi Jinping gave a direct message that interference in the independence of other countries must stop and no country's trade can be blocked.
He called on everyone to unite and maintain an environment for business and dialogue, rather than accepting decisions imposed by powers around the world.
Xi Jinping also expressed deep concern at the conference about the extremely tense situation in the Middle East. Highlighting the horror of the war, he clearly said that this war in the Middle East is harmful to the entire world and is only pushing ordinary people's lives towards destruction. Russian President Vladimir Putin and Iranian President Masoud Pjeshkian were also directly present at this meeting.
Highlighting the need to unite all countries, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized at the beginning of the conference that half of the world's people and 40 percent of the economy are now in our hands. We must break the old rules of power and create a world where all countries, big and small, have equal rights.
