Trump praises Shahbaz-Asim Munir, Pakistan’s new height on the world stage!

Pakistan's strong presence at the 'Board of Peace' conference in Washington and the country's growing influence in global politics have been termed a moment of national pride by Pakistan's Information Minister Ataullah Tarar.
In a special speech on Thursday (February 19), he said that Pakistan is regaining its lost glory on the world stage due to the successful foreign policy of the current leadership. He mentioned that Pakistan was once at risk of being diplomatically isolated, but now the country is playing a central role in important global issues.
According to him, US President Donald Trump highly praised Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir at the Board of Peace conference. Trump has publicly shown respect for the country's leadership by recognizing Pakistan's role in establishing world peace, which is a matter of great pride for Pakistanis spread across the world. Tarar described this achievement as a reflection of the coordinated teamwork of the Prime Minister and the Field Marshal and the honest and patriotic leadership.
Reiterating Pakistan's clear and courageous stance on the Palestinian issue, Ataullah Tarar said that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has raised his voice in favor of the Palestinians' right to self-determination in every international forum, including the UN and the SCO.
Pakistan clearly believes that the right of the Palestinians to their own land and the formation of an independent state as per the UN resolutions are essential for establishing lasting peace. This role of Pakistan has been recognized in the international community as an accurate reflection of the sentiments of the Muslim world and the language of the hearts of the Palestinians.
The Information Minister said that the meeting between Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and President Donald Trump at the end of the conference was held in a very sincere and cordial atmosphere.
He said that the body language of the two leaders showed mutual trust and warmth. Welcoming Trump's initiative to form a peace board, Tarar said that Pakistan is fully capable of playing the role of a mediator in establishing peace.
He also expressed his firm belief that Pakistan will continue its diplomatic activities to protect the rights of the Palestinians and maintain regional stability.
