A woman was hit in the back with a weighted bag at 14th Street.
NEW YORK (WABC) -- A woman was struck with a weighted bag on a subway staircase in Manhattan.
It happened around 11:45 p.m. Friday at the 14th Street station for the 1, 2 and 3 trains near Seventh Avenue.The attacker ran off. He was described only as a man wearing a blue-and-black T-shirt.The woman was taken to a hospital and is expected to recover.
