Strait of Hormuz will never return to its pre-war state: Iran

Ali Nikjad, deputy speaker of Iran's Islamic Consultative Assembly (Parliament), has announced that the strategically important Strait of Hormuz will never return to its pre-war state. This information was reported by the country's news agency 'Mehr News Agency'.

Ali Nikjad made this comment while addressing the parliament recently on the current regional situation. He said that the Islamic Republic of Iran tried to convince the aggressive and confused enemy of the fact during the days of war that the Strait of Hormuz will never return to its previous state.

He added that unfortunately they tried to avoid the issue. However, the passage of time is the biggest teacher for the confused people. Due to the strong position of the armed forces at present, the American-Zionist enemy has practically realized that there is no military solution to opening the Strait of Hormuz and they will have to submit to the new order in the region.

At the end of his speech, Ali Nikzad said that the Iranian government's biggest priority in the current situation is to address and reduce the country's internal economic challenges.
