New York: The Bangladeshi community in New York gathered for an iftar event organized by American Bangladesh Community Help (ABCH). The program was held at Queens Palace in the Woodside area of Queens.

People from different professions attended the event, which turned into a warm community gathering for Bangladeshi expatriates.

Organizers said the iftar is held every year, and members of the group voluntarily bring food to share. Participants contribute dishes on their own initiative, creating a friendly and communal atmosphere.

The event was coordinated under the supervision of Tarikul Islam Mithu along with other members of the group. Among those present was attorney Moin Chowdhury, along with many community members.

ABCH is a service-oriented Facebook group that supports Bangladeshis in the United States. Members often receive help through the group with job opportunities, housing searches, and other community support. Each year, the group also organizes a large picnic attended by nearly 2,000 people.
