The interim government led by former chief advisor Professor Muhammad Yunus has banned the activities of the Awami League, which was ousted from power in August last year, and all its affiliates, affiliates and fraternal organizations. The government has highlighted the reasons taken into consideration behind the ban.
However, despite the ban, Awami League leaders and activists have occasionally carried out various activities, including sudden processions, during the tenure of the previous interim government.
The party has increased its activities around the month of Ramadan. The government has been informed about the matter by the law enforcement agencies. However, no specific direction has been received from the government in this regard yet. The law enforcement forces are now mainly waiting for the government's instructions.
