Innovative fraud! Premier Cement embezzles crores of taka

Premier Cement Mills PLC has alleged that its authorized customs C&F agent BN Business Agency Limited has embezzled a huge amount of money. According to the company's complaint, Daniel Islam was working as a director of his company BN Business Agency Limited at Narayanganj Customs SAPL Port. The other directors of the company are Chairman AFM Nomanur Rahman, Managing Director Daniel Islam and Director Sharmin Sultana Setu.

Premier Cement said that a total of 54 million taka was sent to the bank account of the company to pay customs duty, VAT, AIT, AT and other government charges. But the accused embezzled the money and fled without depositing it in the government treasury.

In this incident, Premier Cement Mills PLC has declared all directors, including Daniel Islam, as 'fraudsters and embezzlers'. At the same time, it has strongly demanded that the relevant authorities take necessary legal action against them as soon as possible.
