US President Donald Trump has warned that the Strait of Hormuz must be opened very soon, otherwise Iran will be hit 'very hard'. Trump made this warning in an interview given to the US media Fox News' 'At Night' program. In the interview, Trump said that the United States may take strong action if the Strait of Hormuz is not opened quickly.

He also said that talks with Iran lasted all day on Tuesday.
Although he described the talks as positive, he warned that 'very strong' measures will be taken against Iran if an agreement is not reached.

Trump also said that progress has been made in the talks, but the United States is ready to take necessary measures if an agreement is not reached.

Meanwhile, Qatar said that mediators have made progress in efforts to end the war between the United States and Iran. As a result, fuel prices have decreased in the global market. Although President Donald Trump claimed that talks had already begun, Tehran denied this.

In a phone call on Tuesday, US President Trump and Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani discussed bridging the gap between Washington and Tehran and increasing the chances of a lasting solution, Qatar's Amiri Diwan (office of the emir) said.
