What Bollywood stars are saying about the resignation of the Education Minister

India's Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has resigned. He submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday (July 25). He took this decision in the face of allegations of question leakage in the much-discussed National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) exam, irregularities in the education system and the ongoing student movement demanding accountability.

Several Bollywood stars have reacted on social media after the Education Minister's resignation. Priyanka Chopra, Sonakshi Sinha, Vijay Verma, Malaika Arora, Prajakta Koli and many others have expressed their feelings.

After the news of the resignation came to light, actress Sonakshi Sinha shared the related news on Instagram Story and used the applause emoji.

Later, she shared a video of the reaction of the founder of the protesting organization Abhijit Deepak and wrote, 'Bhai, what did you do!'

Actress Priyanka Chopra also shared a news regarding Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation on Instagram Story. Although he did not write any comments, he expressed his reaction through a few emojis.

Meanwhile, in the comments of a post that went viral on social media, actress and content creator Prajakta Koli wrote, ‘Big, Big, Big Win!’ Similarly, Malaika Arora, Diana Penty, Shivani Akhtar and Tisca Chopra also welcomed the decision.

Comedian Vir Das wrote in a short message on Instagram, ‘Friends’.

Along with this, he used emojis of folded hands, the Indian national flag and a red heart. On the other hand, actor Vijay Varma posted a picture of Dharmendra Pradhan on his Instagram and quoted a line from the popular song Channa Mereya from the movie ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. He wrote, "Well, let's go... I pray that you remember me."
