Amidst the legal battle over the upcoming film 'Kaala Hiran: The Battle for Legacy', which is related to the blackbuck poaching case, Bollywood actor Salman Khan has received approval to build a six-storey building in Mumbai's Bandra area.

As a result, there are strong rumors that he and his family are going to shift to this new house.

It is learned that the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority approved Salman Khan's proposal to build this six-storey building on June 16. However, no official statement has been received from the actor or his representatives regarding the shift yet.

According to Indian media reports, the new property is located in the Chimbai area of Bandra, which is quite close to the current residence of Salman's family since 1974, Galaxy Apartments. The actor bought the new land in the name of his mother Salma Khan.

Meanwhile, amid the new housing process, Salman Khan is fighting a legal battle to stop the release and promotion of his biographical and legal Hindi film 'Kaala Hiran: The Battle for Legacy'. He has filed a case in the Delhi High Court for this purpose.

Salman has alleged that the film, without his permission, has highlighted the 1998 blackbuck poaching case and his recent dispute with gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. According to the actor's legal team, it violates his personal and publicity rights and its teaser and promotional activities could damage his reputation.

Incidentally, the film 'Kaala Hiran: The Battle for Legacy' is described as an unauthorized crime-thriller based on the true story of Salman Khan's 1998 blackbuck poaching case.

Salman Khan was accused of poaching a blackbuck during the shooting of his film ‘Hum Saath Saath Hai’ in Rajasthan.

The incident became the focus of years of legal proceedings and widespread media attention. It was strongly criticized by people from the Bishnoi community, especially those who consider the blackbuck to be very sacred and worshipable.

Several actors, including Sonu Mishra, have already walked out of the film ‘Kaala Hiran’ due to the ongoing legal complications.
