Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has held a series of preparatory meetings with Hajj offices from 78 countries ahead of the 2027 Hajj. These meetings were held to coordinate various aspects of preparation, operational planning, and services before the pilgrims arrive in Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said the meetings reviewed the progress of various stages of Hajj preparations. They also discussed the implementation of the approved schedule, the process of Hajj packages, and agreements with approved service providers.

Detailed discussions were held on accommodation, transportation, food supply and crowd management for Hajj pilgrims. In addition, the officials concerned also discussed awareness and guidance programs for Hajj pilgrims and the rules and regulations applicable to the conduct of Hajj.

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said that the preparations of Hajj offices in various countries are being continuously monitored. If any problems arise in the preparation process, initiatives are being taken to identify them in advance and resolve them. Responsibilities and deadlines have also been set for each step.

According to the ministry, preparations for the 2027 Hajj began in May. At that time, preparation documents and operational schedules were sent to the Hajj offices of various countries. At the same time, a comprehensive evaluation of the activities of the previous Hajj season was also carried out.

Saudi authorities say the advance and coordinated planning aims to ensure a more orderly, seamless and comfortable experience for pilgrims. The preparations are also part of implementing the goals of the Pilgrim Experience Program under Saudi Vision 2030.

The SPA report said that coordination between the Hajj offices of the relevant countries, service providers, and Saudi authorities is being further strengthened through advance coordination of various Hajj activities.
