Former Miss Switzerland Accuses Trump of Rape

Former model and Miss Switzerland, Béatrice Kühl, has accused U.S. President Donald Trump of rape. She alleges that Trump raped her at the Plaza Hotel in New York in 1993.
These allegations emerged in a report released on Monday by Democratic members of the U.S. House of Representatives. The report details an investigation into the alleged ties between Trump and Jeffrey Epstein—who was accused of sexual offenses—as well as Trump’s potential involvement in Epstein’s crimes, according to a report by *The Telegraph*.
The document notes that prior to the 2024 election, Kühl had alleged that Trump sexually harassed her in November 1993. She has now further claimed that Trump also raped her during that encounter.
The White House has denied these allegations. A spokesperson for Trump described the claims as a "desperate attempt by unhinged Democrats," asserting that they are intended to distract American citizens from the growing support for the Republican Party, driven by President Trump’s historic successes.
According to the report, Kühl told Democratic committee staff—in interviews conducted over several weeks—that she first met Trump at the age of 24 during a press conference for a beauty pageant held at the Plaza Hotel, which Trump owned at the time.
Kühl claims that Trump promised to help her secure a visa and offered to facilitate her admission to New York University (NYU). The report quotes her as saying that Trump told her, "I will take care of you."
Kühl further alleges that immediately after Trump walked away following their conversation, Jeffrey Epstein approached her, introduced himself as one of Trump’s "closest friends," and invited her to a party at Mar-a-Lago. The report states that Epstein told her, "We host many parties with Don."
Trump claims that his friendship with Epstein ended long before any suspicions regarding his criminal activities arose. He has repeatedly described Epstein as a man with "perverted tastes" and asserts that he once expelled him from his Mar-a-Lago club.
According to the Democrats' report, a representative for Trump later invited Keul to the upper floors of the Plaza Hotel to meet with Trump—who was then a potential future presidential candidate.
The report alleges, "Upon entering, Trump grabbed Keul from behind and forcibly raped her. During the assault, her clothing was torn, and she sustained bleeding and bruising on various parts of her body."
The report further notes that Keul described the rape as "brutal." She alleges that afterward, Trump sat her on the edge of the bed and reiterated his promise to arrange a visa for her and secure her admission to New York University. He also demanded that she keep the incident a secret. The report quotes Trump as saying, "Whatever happened, everything must continue as it was before."
When she first made the allegation in October 2024, Keul stated that Trump had sexually assaulted her at the Plaza Hotel in 1993. At the time, she told the *Daily Mail*, "He kissed me on my lips and neck. He tried to lift my clothes. He grabbed and touched me wherever he could."
However, Keul claimed that the incident did not go any further. She said, "I did my best to resist. Eventually, I said, 'Let's talk first,' or something to that effect. He then calmed down."
The former model, who stands six feet one inch tall, believes that her physical stature may have protected her and prevented the alleged assault from escalating further. At the time, the *Daily Mail* reported that a long-time friend of Kuhl stated she had first confided in them about Trump’s unwanted sexual behavior 20 years ago. The friend claimed that Kuhl’s account of the incident has remained consistent over all these years.
Meanwhile, following Kuhl’s allegations in 2024, Karoline Leavitt—who served as Trump’s press secretary at the time—dismissed them as "false." A White House spokesperson stated that Trump has been "completely exonerated" regarding any matters related to Epstein.
The spokesperson remarked, "This ‘report’ is nothing more than a desperate attempt by unhinged Democrats to distract the American people from the growing support for Republicans, driven by President Trump’s historic successes."
The recently released report includes summaries of accounts from four other women who have also accused Trump of rape or sexual assault. The report further alleges that Trump, Epstein, and others used beauty pageants held at the Plaza Hotel as "hunting grounds" to target vulnerable young women and teenage girls.
In a statement accompanying the report’s release, Jamie Raskin, a senior member of the committee, said, "Five women have directly alleged that Trump raped or sexually assaulted them while in the company of, or in the presence of, Epstein. Other women have reported that Epstein or Maxwell attempted to traffic them to Trump."
He added, "It appears that Trump’s Department of Justice is attempting to cover up these crimes in order to protect the former president."
The report was released just one week before the U.S. midterm elections. It touches upon Trump’s role concerning documents related to Epstein...
