Putin reveals what Russia is thinking about war with Europe

Russian President Vladimir Putin has made it clear that Russia is not preparing to engage in any kind of war or conflict with any European country. 

He made this statement on Friday (September 25) after several European countries recently issued warnings about a possible Russian attack.

Speaking to reporters in St. Petersburg, Putin said Russia had no real reason to escalate tensions. He criticized the idea that European countries believe Russia could attack them and therefore need to prepare for war. Putin insisted that he had no plans to start any hostilities or war with Europe.

As the war in Ukraine drags on, many European countries have expressed concern about covert Russian attacks on their soil. Earlier this month, Germany and Poland also accused Russia of drone attacks or attempted attacks.

Meanwhile, Moscow is considering whether to resume peace talks after Ukraine's recent attacks inside Russia. Putin said there is room for discussion on the proposals, but they will decide on their next steps carefully after Ukraine's recent actions.
