Palestine will be run by Palestinians: China

Amid rising tensions between the United States and Iran, China has made it clear that the Palestinians will govern Palestine. This message was given by the country's Vice President Han Zheng while standing at the United Nations General Assembly session. 

He has made it clear that it is wrong to attack a country alone in violation of the rules of the United Nations or the Security Council. Rather, it is wiser to resolve all disputes through negotiations. Only if big countries abide by the law can peace be maintained around the world.

Speaking about the situation in the Middle East, Han Zheng said that everyone should respect the independence and security of the Gulf countries. He also emphasized the need to keep the supply chain of goods running smoothly to keep global trade and commerce running smoothly.

Speaking about the fate of the people of Palestine and Gaza, he said that the Palestinian people will run their own country. Based on this principle, the development of the West Bank and the reconstruction of the war-torn Gaza must be carried forward. The only way to a lasting solution to this crisis is to return to the two-state solution formula as soon as possible.

The Chinese leader also spoke about the unrest in the rest of the world. He said that China is trying to bring peace to the war in Ukraine in its own way. At the same time, he demanded the immediate lifting of all unjust sanctions and threats against Cuba.

Speaking about the world of technology, Han Zheng said that in the era of artificial intelligence or AI, the proper use of technology should be for the good of people. He urged to create equal opportunities for all by bridging the digital gap between the rich and the poor.
