Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has blamed Pakistan's bot farm for Israel's decline in popularity in the United States. He made the accusation while addressing a conference in the West Bank on Thursday.

Netanyahu claimed that "countries that want to weaken the US-Israel alliance are using bot farms to control social media and spread anti-Israel sentiment."

He added, "These bot accounts write, 'I'm a pure Texan who once supported Israel, but now I can't stand it anymore.' Then you look up and see that person is actually sitting in a basement in Pakistan."

The comments come at a time when both Netanyahu and Israel's popularity in the United States are declining significantly. According to the latest survey released by the Pew Research Center in April, 60 percent of American adults now have a negative view of Israel, up from 53 percent last year.

In addition, 59 percent of Americans do not trust Netanyahu to make the right decisions on world affairs, up from 52 percent in 2025.
