"I don’t really like his appearance"

US President Donald Trump launched a personal attack on a journalist who asked about his health. Suggesting that the journalist should work on his own physique, Trump remarked, "You look terrible."
This information was reported by the Indian news outlet NDTV on Friday (October 30).
According to the report, Trump cancelled campaign events in the US states of Kansas and Iowa—states where Republican candidates are facing tough contests. When journalists asked if the cancellations were related to any health issues, Trump reacted with anger.
Initially, Trump retorted, "Asking a question like that is a sign of being sick. You’re the one who’s sick." When the journalist clarified that he was simply inquiring about the President's health, Trump became even more agitated.
At one point, the US President pointed toward the journalist and commented on his physique, saying, "Look at this guy. He looks terrible. You’ve been following me around for two weeks. I am perfectly healthy."
He then added, "You’re disgusting. Take a look at your own body. You look really bad."
This is not the first time Trump has drawn attention for making comments about people's physical appearance or build. During campaigns for midterm elections, he has frequently commented on the faces, hands, feet, and physiques of Republican candidates he was ostensibly praising.
At a campaign rally in Michigan, while praising the singer Nicki Minaj, Trump also commented on her physique. He then asked her to stand up; as Minaj stood and waved, Trump expressed his hope that she hadn't been offended by his remarks.
A similar incident occurred in Kentucky, where, while praising Republican candidate and Ohio Senator Jon Husted, Trump made comments about various parts of his body—a remark that drew laughter from those present. However, he also made negative remarks about the appearance of another candidate from his own party, Ken Paxton of Texas. While Paxton was standing beside him at a party event during the midterm elections, Trump remarked that he did not particularly like his looks.
