A Dubai-based real estate firm has gifted a luxury Lamborghini Urus—valued at approximately 50 million rupees (5 crore Taka)—to an employee in recognition of her extraordinary success. Natalia Chavez, a top real estate agent at the company, received this gift after successfully closing property deals worth over $500 million (50 crore USD) within two years.

According to a report by NDTV on Thursday (October 29), Daban Osman, the founder and CEO of Richkey Properties, presented her with the vehicle.

Chavez had only expected to receive a single award at the event; however, Osman surprised her on stage by gifting her the new car. A video of the moment has since gone viral on social media.

The gift was presented during a grand event held to mark the company’s third anniversary. The CEO invited Chavez onto the stage, having named her the top employee, and presented her with a trophy.

In the video, Chavez is seen receiving her award as the "Employee of the Year." Before she could return to her seat, Osman stopped her.

He said, "Natalia, Natalia! Where are you going? Do you think the event is over? No, it’s not over yet. Friends, I have something to show you. Are you ready?"

Osman had organized a special segment to celebrate Chavez’s consistent success throughout the first three quarters of the year. Following a countdown, a ribbon was cut to unveil a brand-new, gleaming blue Lamborghini Urus.

It was an exceptionally successful night for Chavez, who took home four major awards during the event.

The caption accompanying the video reads: "This is what happens when you perform well at Richkey! Big success, even bigger dreams. Congratulations, Natalia! You truly deserve this achievement."

Reflecting on her professional growth, Chavez noted that she had identified this company as the ideal place to reach new heights in her career. He has also been recognized for his consistent success in the workplace. After securing third place in the first quarter of the year, he was named the top performer in both the second and third quarters. Ultimately, he was selected as the overall top performer for 2026.

In Dubai, the price of a Lamborghini Urus ranges from 900,000 to 1,550,000 dirhams—equivalent to approximately 30 million to 50 million Bangladeshi taka.
