Bajus announced this in a statement on Sunday (September 6). The price reduction was made due to the decline in the price of acidic gold in the local market. The price has come into effect from 10 am today.
According to the new price, the price of good quality or 22-carat gold jewelry per bhori has been fixed at 2 lakh 35 thousand 146 taka. And the price of gold per bhori of the traditional method is 1 lakh 57 thousand 522 taka.
The decision to reduce the price was taken at a meeting of the BAJUS Standing Committee on Pricing and Price Monitoring Committee. This information was given in a notification signed by the committee's chairman, Dr. Dewan Aminul Islam Shaheen.
