Why is Jaber a plaintiff in the Hadi murder case? Sister’s questi

Masuma Hadi, the sister of Abdullah Al Jaber, member secretary of Inqilab Manch, has raised questions about why he is the plaintiff in the Sharif Osman Hadi murder case. She alleges that 'filth' and 'lies' are being spread on social media regarding the plaintiff in the Hadi murder case.
In a long post on her Facebook ID around 11 am on Friday (June 5), she outlined the context of that time. She also questioned the role of the administration in obtaining the signature of the plaintiff in the case. Masuma Hadi wrote, I did not want to say anything about the plaintiff in my brother's case. Because a much more terrible conspiracy has been hatched against our family.
I have not spoken about that matter until now. Only for my brother. If I speak, everyone will have one question: how can those around my brother be involved in this terrible conspiracy against his family? But the amount of dirt that has been going on on social media for two days about my brother being a plaintiff in the case, I was forced to clear the whole matter today.
Describing the incident of the day Osman Hadi was shot, he wrote, As soon as I heard the news of my brother being shot, I left for Dhaka and went straight to Ever Care Hospital. Since going to the hospital, I have not left the hospital for a minute, let alone going home, and I have not even left Osman Gani (Sharif Osman Hadi) on the ground floor for a minute.
He questioned the role of the administration and said, Now my question is why did the administration people come to Ever Care and take the sign from Jaber? And why did Jaber give the sign when I was present? I have asked this question many times. I was told that he went to Omar (Osman Hadi's brother), Omar says that now we are busy with the treatment. These things will be seen when the treatment is completed.
I cannot think of anything else at the moment except treatment. It is worth noting that there is no legal complication in signing the plaintiff's house in such a very important criminal case. Even if the plaintiff does not file a case at the police station, the police can take all kinds of legal actions based on the incident.
He also said, I want to know, what is Omar's mental state at that moment, which everyone should feel. Omar Faruk was covered in Osman Gani's blood. Because two brothers in the same rickshaw. If another bullet had come out, Omar Hadi would have become like my Osman Gani right there. Osman Gani's blood stains were dried on Omar's clothes and even on the watch he was wearing. On the day Osman Gani was to be taken to Singapore, Omar took a bath in the morning at Ever Care and cleaned the blood stains on the watch.
He said, who is telling about the plaintiff in the case, who is saying that we do not want to be the plaintiff for security reasons. This needs to be clarified. If Jaber was not my cousin's son, there was no question. Because there is no one who has been with my Osman Gani for a long time who does not know how much his younger sister is involved in Osman Gani's life. And his younger sister does not think for a second about giving her life for Osman Gani. It must be made clear whose permission Jaber filed the case without coming to that younger sister.
He also said, now let's talk about the treatment. When my brother was in Ever Care, many people wanted to take responsibility for my brother's treatment. None of us as a family agreed to it. Omar Farooq personally took the first initiative to take my Osman Gani out of the country and first sent all of Osman Hadi's medical documents to Singapore, they rejected it from Singapore. Then when Omar sent the medical documents to Thailand, they accepted them.
Omar bought a ticket for Thailand with 5.2 million taka with his own personal funds and stood in front of me and showed me the ticket and said, "Don't cry anymore, we won't let Osman Gani lose his life due to lack of treatment. If Allah keeps him alive, Osman Gani will return. We will not make any mistakes in the treatment." After the government learned of Omar's decision, the government took responsibility for Osman Gani's treatment and when the government sent Osman Gani's medical documents to Singapore for the second time, they accepted them and Osman Gani was taken to Singapore. And this is the first time I left Ever Care with Osman Gani.
He said, "I didn't want to tell anyone about this. Because it is not easy for anyone in the world except Allah to understand how difficult it is for me to live after losing Osman Gani. But I was forced to do so because if you want to respect a revolutionary, how can you lie so much about his family? You can't respect him, but where did you get the right to disrespect him without knowing anything."
