American journalist in love with Pakistani food

American journalist Caitlin Doornbos arrived in Islamabad on Saturday to participate in the ‘Islamabad Talks’. During her visit, she praised Pakistan’s hospitality and expressed her satisfaction with the country’s cuisine.

Doornbos shared a picture of the food she had eaten at a restaurant in F-7 sector on social media. Pakistani netizens quickly responded to her post. One user also urged her to mention the peaceful environment of the country.

Later, Doornbos posted a picture of halwa and called it her new ‘guilty pleasure’. In another post, she said that Pakistani breakfast has become her favorite food. At the same time, she said that the hospitality of Pakistanis is one of the warmest and most sincere experiences she has ever experienced.

She also shared a beautiful picture of Islamabad and wrote, ‘Good morning from beautiful Islamabad. The people of Pakistan are very excited about the prospect of playing a significant role in bringing peace to the Middle East.”

He was also seen wearing a shalwar kameez at the Serena Hotel, where he was waiting for the conclusion of the US-Iran talks. Doornbos’ experience paints a positive picture of Pakistan’s hospitality and warmth, which sets a good example for the country in the global arena.
