Brazil and Argentina, who have secured the 2026 World Cup, are playing in friendly matches to prepare for the international break. Although five-time world champions Brazil will play two matches, Argentina will play only one match.

Argentina will play in a historic match against Angola on November 14 to mark the golden jubilee of its independence. The Argentine Football Association (AFA) will take about 170 crore taka from the Angolan government to play this match.

Although Argentina was supposed to play another friendly match in India after the Angola match as per the pre-scheduled schedule, it has been canceled due to logistical complications and lack of FIFA approval. The match against Angola will start at 10 pm Bangladesh time.

On the other hand, Brazil will play two friendly matches as per their European tour schedule. They will play against Senegal at the Emirates Stadium in London on November 15. The Seleção's last match this year will be against Tunisia on November 18.

Bad news for Bangladeshi football fans, none of the matches between Argentina and Brazil will be broadcast on any television channel in the subcontinent during this last international break of the year. It is worth noting that Bangladesh will also play matches against Nepal on November 13 and India on November 18 during this international break.
