Legal notice to Nasiruddin Patwari

A legal notice has been sent to National Citizens Party (NCP) chief organizer Nasiruddin Patwari for allegedly making abusive and defamatory statements about the Prime Minister and his daughter Jaima Rahman. The notice was sent by ACC PP and Mymensingh Judge Court lawyer AKM Azizul Haque Khan.
The notice states that Nasiruddin Patwari recently made objectionable and defamatory statements about the Prime Minister and her daughter, which hurt the sentiments of crores of people in the country. It is mentioned that the person who sent the notice himself is also shocked.
In addition, in a status posted on his Facebook, he mentioned that he will have to give a written explanation within the next 15 days as to why a defamation case will not be filed against him. He has also been warned that legal action will be taken against him in court if he does not respond within the stipulated time.
