Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman has handed over scales to Nahid Islam, convener of the National Citizens Party (NCP), as the ‘combined symbol’ of the 10-party electoral unity alliance. He handed over the scales to Nahid Islam while addressing an election rally at Adarsh ​​High School No. 10, Mirpur on Thursday (January 22) afternoon.

While addressing the rally, the Jamaat Ameer said, I am handing over a unified symbol to him (Nahid Islam). Today, I will hand over scales to the rest of the people, and I will hand over ‘scales and scales’ to him.

At that time, pointing to the upper part of the scales, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said, Here is the scale. And if you look at the top, there is a scale. You will consider this as Shapla Koli, InshaAllah. For the voters of Dhaka-11 constituency, we are handing over the Shapla Koli along with the symbol of justice to the convener of the Jatiya Nagorik Party, Nahid Islam.

Later, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman handed over the scales to the candidates of Jamaat's electoral unity alliance in the constituencies of Dhaka one by one. At that time, he said, we do not want to see any new vote robbers. Due to the lack of justice, the corrupt have created Begum Para abroad by smuggling the country's money abroad. We do not want to see the shadow of fascism in this country anymore. If fascism comes again, their consequences will be like August 5.

The Jamaat Amir said, we want to build a discrimination-free Bangladesh. Where women will fulfill their responsibilities with respect in the workplace. Their 100% security will be ensured. We are committed to ensuring their safety while walking on the streets. Together, men and women, we will build the Bangladesh of the future.

He said, voting for the 10-party alliance means voting 'yes' against extortion. We will not take extortion, we will not allow anyone to take extortion. Apart from the government tax, there is a 'private tax'. That tax is also taken from the brother or sister who begs sitting on the side of the road. This tax will be stopped, God willing, no more extortion in the name of tax will continue.

Recalling Osman Hadi, he said that the oppression of the revolutionaries of the 24th century has not stopped in various places. The real proof of this is Shaheed Sharif Osman bin Hadi.
