J-Hope just released his latest single. The track Killin’ It Girl, which came with a monochromatic music video, shows the BTS star in rock-coded attire atop minimalistic hip hop production, with GloRilla making her guest appearance and rapping a verse.
J-Hope’s Killin’ It Girl follows his previous 2025 singles, Mona Lisa and Sweet Dreams which was a collaboration with the Grammy-winning artist Miguel.
The track is described as a hip-hop song “that captures the thrill of falling in love at first sight. Imbued with refreshing honesty, the lyrics depict an infatuation towards a confident and irresistible other.”
With “minimalistic” production, the track promises a balance between the K-pop rapper and dancer’s rhythmic rap cadence and GloRilla’s “unmistakable delivery and bold charisma.”
The release of J-Hope’s latest song comes on the same date the South Korean idol is expected to perform at the Goyang Stadium in South Korea as a part of his Hope On The Stage World Tour.
Hope On The Stage saw the BTS member make history when he played two nights at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles this April, making him the first South Korean male artist to headline a solo stadium concert in North America.
