There are many countries in the history of the world where more than one member of the same family has served as the President or Prime Minister.

Here are some important examples of countries where more than one member of the same family has served as the Head of State:

1. India (Nehru-Gandhi family)

In India, the largest democratic country in the world, there is also a precedent of three Prime Ministers in three generations.

Jawaharlal Nehru: The first Prime Minister of India.

Indira Gandhi: Nehru's daughter (India's first female Prime Minister).

Rajiv Gandhi: Indira Gandhi's son.

2. Bangladesh
